Stack

Ears over shoulders. A gentle nudge when you slouch.

What do I need?

An iPhone and AirPods or Beats with spatial audio head tracking, such as AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, AirPods (3rd generation and later) or Beats Fit Pro. An Apple Watch is optional: with it, nudges tap your wrist.

Stack says "AirPods not in"

Put both AirPods in. AirPods only report head motion to the device they are playing on, so if they are connected to your Mac or iPad, switch them to your iPhone, or install Stack for Mac.

I don't feel nudges on my Apple Watch

Nudges reach your Watch when your iPhone is locked and you are wearing the Watch. With Stack open on your iPhone, the nudge stays on the iPhone. For a stronger tap, look at the haptic settings under Sounds & Haptics in the Watch app.

Tracking stops when I lock my phone

Stack keeps running while the phone is locked. While you slouch, your music or podcast dips and comes back when you sit up; you can turn that off in Settings, or add a background sound (rain, ocean, brown noise or a calm tone). If you set the background sound to Off, Stack only tracks while it is open.

The stretches don't count my moves

Hold your iPhone at eye level, about an arm's length away, and keep your face in view. On iPhones without a Face ID camera, put your AirPods in. With neither, the routine runs on a timer.
