Ears over shoulders. A gentle nudge when you slouch.
An iPhone and AirPods or Beats with spatial audio head tracking, such as AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, AirPods (3rd generation and later) or Beats Fit Pro. An Apple Watch is optional: with it, nudges tap your wrist.
Put both AirPods in. AirPods only report head motion to the device they are playing on, so if they are connected to your Mac or iPad, switch them to your iPhone, or install Stack for Mac.
Nudges reach your Watch when your iPhone is locked and you are wearing the Watch. With Stack open on your iPhone, the nudge stays on the iPhone. For a stronger tap, look at the haptic settings under Sounds & Haptics in the Watch app.
Stack keeps running while the phone is locked by playing a sound you choose in Settings (a silent option is the default). If you turned the background sound off, Stack only tracks while it is open.
Hold your iPhone at eye level, about an arm's length away, and keep your face in view. On iPhones without a Face ID camera, put your AirPods in. With neither, the routine runs on a timer.

Stack is a wellness reminder, not a medical device. Neck pain, numbness or tingling: see a doctor.
